Hebrews 2:3

“How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;”

We are to humble ourselves if we ever come to the place of receiving God’s plan of salvation.  We are to see that we are nothing in order to become something.  So we are nothing, we have no power, no strength to sustain ourselves.  We need the strong hand of God to come to our rescue.  And He did by sending His Son Jesus into this world; Jesus died our death when He took our sin upon His self on the cross.  Three days later God resurrected His Son from the tomb.  He ascended back into heaven where He is seated at God’s right hand.  Now we as believers can enjoy ever lasting life.  What a wonderful joyful experience after one receives this glorious gift of salvation.  We enjoy His blessings in this life then we will live eternally with God in heaven.  Makes one want to shout!!!  Don’t neglect God’s great salvation receive it today.

God rescues people from themselves, from Satan, from death, and adversity
