The Word of God became flesh.
The Son of God became man.
The Lord of All became a servant.
The Righteous One was made sin.
The Eternal One tasted death.
The Risen One now lives in men.
The Seated One is coming again.
Jesus wasn’t just an unusually spiritual individual. He was more than that; He was God in human flesh. Yes, He was fully man, but He was also fully God. The Bible puts it this way: “For in Him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily” (Colossians 2:9). This is what we celebrate at Christmas—God coming to earth in the form of a man.Isn’t it wonderful He came?
For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost
