Thought from the Word

Isaiah 55:11

“So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”

God is telling us how important His Word is to us.His Word revives and renews those that read it.Sometimes rain comes in storms with black clouds, fierce lighting and thunder.People get scared but the storm passes bye and sun shines again.God sometimes sends His Word to us in a storm ---sickness, loss, disappointment, sorrow, or by trials. It may be just a verse or other times a passage of His Word that you read but the storm passes bye it is then we see the blessings of His Word. His Word never returns to Him void He sends it forth to accomplish a purpose in the reader’s life. It always accomplishes a purpose in your life if you read it and let it sink into your life.Read God’s Word for daily guidance. When was the last time you picked up the Bible and read it?

Obedience to God’s Word is the only way to achieve happiness
